South Ruislip: Victoria Road Retail Park
CWM Out of Town advised BMO Real Estate Partners on the purchase of the freehold investment of Victoria Road Retail Park in South Ruislip.
The deal, which was completed on 7 November 2016 and was purchased from Aviva for £15.2 million.
The 40,525 sq ft scheme is occupied by a 16,227 sq ft Aldi supermarket and a 24,377 sq ft B&M store. Both properties are held on 15 year leases from 2016 and generate a total rent of £832,050 pa. The purchase reflects a net initial yield of 5.13%.
